WESTERN MINDANAO MEDICAL CENTER is in need of:
HRD STAFF
Preferably :
- with Bachelor?s degree in Psychology or related field with units in Human Resource Development, Industrial Psychology and Management
- with at least six (6) months work experience or equivalent training
- proficient in computer operation; knowledgeable in salary and benefits administration; excellent oral and written communication skills; good human relations and interpersonal skills; good organizational skills and with proven integrity.
- with ability to work under own initiative.
